Shoppers can save up to 50% off selected departments, including big-name brands too – so it’s not to be missed.
The John Lewis sale sees discounts across fashion, with half-price dresses and shoes, as well as 40% off handbags.
There are deals on big-name brands, with up to 50% off Barbour, Laura Ashley, and Hush.
Homeware has also been reduced, with up to 40% off Le Creuset, Brabantia, Swoon and more, so it’s a great time to stock up and give your home a makeover.
The sale also features some of John Lewis’s most popular designer and premium brands with savings on Whistles, Phase Eight, Hobbs, Coach and Monica Vinader for womenswear.

John Lewis’s sales generally take place around key retail sale periods throughout the year, such as Black Friday and Boxing Day, but their summer sale is a great time to shop ahead of these winter sale periods.
It has yet to be revealed when the next John Lewis sale could take place, but we anticipate Black Friday could be the next sale extravaganza, taking place in November, just months before the Boxing Day and New Year’s sales commence.
However, we want to stress, that John Lewis has not divulged any sale dates, or if the retailer will be taking part in Black Friday sales this year.

Does John Lewis do Black Friday sales?
John Lewis does take part in Black Friday sales each year.
The chain normally slashes prices online and in stores across many categories, with most deals running throughout November and ending on Cyber Monday.
Last year the John Lewis Black Friday sale included huge price cuts on Apple iPhones and Airpod headphones, Mulberry handbags and Charlotte Tilbury makeup.
This year Black Friday is expected to fall on November 29 – the day after the US Thanksgiving holiday, so mark the date in your calendar.
However, it has not been confirmed if John Lewis will partake in the Black Friday sale.
Does John Lewis take part in Boxing Day sales?
John Lewis normally launches its Boxing Day sale on December 26 online, a day before discounts are available in-store.
This is because all UK John Lewis stores remain closed on Boxing Day to give staff an extra day at home with their families during the festive break.
Shoppers can usually score hefty savings on coveted tech, beauty, home and fashion items.
Boxing Day sale deals usually continue through to January in stores and online.

Generally, savings range from 20 to 70% off, with some bigger discounts for reduced to clear items.

Is the John Lewis sale online and in stores?
The John Lewis sale is available online and in-store, however, there are select items, which are exclusively available online.
We recommend doing your sale shop online, as there are far more offers available.
It is also much easier to sift through the hundreds of products available, making your shopping experience far less stressful.
Plus, it saves you the armache of lugging your purchases home after a hard day shopping.
Do John Lewis Partners get discounts on sale items?
Yes! Those who work for the John Lewis & Partners group will be rewarded with their Partner discount after three months.
They will also be given an additional partner discount code to give to a relative or family member in the same household.
As part of the partner discount, the lucky few will get 25% off everything, except for electrical products, which you will get 12% off of.
The discount can be used in Waitrose as well, where you will get 20% off your food shop, and can also be used online as well as in-store.
How much does John Lewis delivery cost?
John Lewis has a variety of delivery options, including standard delivery, next, named day delivery, as well as the free click-and-collect option.
Standard delivery is free on orders over £50, however, if your basket value is under £50 your delivery will cost £4.50, which has increased from its previous £3.50 fee.
Next and named day delivery will cost £7.50 on small or medium packages, however, larger items to be delivered the next day will set you back £19.95.
If you are in need of your parcel immediately Evening Next or Named Day Delivery will incur a cost of £9.95, while a pre 10.30 am delivery costs £10.95.
Are John Lewis returns free?
John Lewis is set to scrap its long-running price match pledge, but that doesn’t mean you can’t bag an impressive deal, nor does it mean you can’t return some of your purchases.
The retailer aims to provide shoppers with great value prices on its products and expand lower cost ranges such as it ANYDAY collection.
Pippa Wicks, executive director of John Lewis, said: “Customers are tightening their belts and we’re responding so John Lewis is more affordable for every customer, every day whether shopping in-store or online.
“Never Knowingly Undersold has been a cherished sign of trust for John Lewis for a century but it doesn’t fit with how customers shop today as more purchases are made online.
“Our new £500 million investment means all our customers can trust they’re getting the quality, style and service they expect from John Lewis at great value prices.”
However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, if it is the wrong size, or faulty, you are eligible for a return – but there are T’s & C’s.
Shoppers have 35 days to return their order, as long as it is in its original condition with proof of purchase.
However, online and telephone purchases only have 14 days for you to refund within.
And orders over £500 must be returned in-store.
Does John Lewis offer a student discount?
Unfortunately, John Lewis & Partners does not accept student or NHS discounts.
However there are plenty of deals to shop online and in-store, plus the retailer will price match items, so shoppers are bound to find a bargain.
Can I purchase sale items with a voucher?
John Lewis vouchers can be spent online or in-store at John Lewis or Waitrose & Partners on full-price and sale items.
It is super simple to redeem your gift card or voucher, all you have to do is enter the 19-digit number on the back of the gift card or on your email when you checkout online.
Another step is to scratch off the PIN on the back of the gift card and enter it before your total basket value is reduced.
If you spend less than the value of a gift card it will remain on your gift card – so keep it safe.
However, you can’t exchange your gift card for monetary value-only products at John Lewis.
