The Costco Bakery Just Turned Your Favorite Summer Dessert Into a Mouthwatering Cookie
The best kinds of cookies are the ones that have you begging for some more — and Costco Bakery’s newest offering has us doing just that! They just turned a beloved summer dessert into a cookie (a beloved any season dessert!), and our mouths are watering just imagining the gooey goodness of this treat.
Instagram user @costcohotfinds (Laura Jayne Lamb) shared a video of the decadent new s’mores cookies, and they are the next-best-thing to the classic kind with freshly toasted marshmallows. “???? SMORE’S Cookies in the Costco Bakery!” Lamb captioned the video. She tried it and shared her rating: “10/10 – soft, gooey, sweet and delicious!”
The clip begins with Lamb picking up the s’mores cookies at her local Costco, which come in a box of 24. She took the cookies home and revealed her tip for maximizing the yumminess of these cookies. “Trust me when I say go home and pop these in the microwave for about 12 seconds,” she says in the clip. “They come out so melty and delicious.”
“I would take these over a campfire s’mores any day,” she adds, as she breaks apart a cookie packed with marshmallows and chocolate and popping one in her mouth.
