Judge orders $155K paid to fraud defendants, leaves open possibility of re-indictment

A Lucas County judge has awarded sanctions exceeding $150,000 to eight people charged last year with securities fraud in a case for which state prosecutors filed a dismissal motion early this month, but will allow a re-indictment if prosecutors choose to file one.
