After Illupur check dam, WRD plans to build another one at Lakshmivilasapuram

It has submitted a ₹22-crore proposal to the T.N. government to build the storage structure across the Kosasthalaiyar, about 20 km upstream of the Poondi reservoir. Nearly 5,000 people in nearby villages will benefit from this project
