EU slaps anti-dumping duty on Indian optical fibre cable manufacturers

The European Commission has imposed 8-11.4% anti-dumping duty on Indian optical fibre cable (OFC) manufacturers like Sterlite Technologies, Birla Cables, and others exporting to Europe after a thorough investigation. This duty aims to level the playing field by bringing the cost of Indian exports in line with European manufacturers.
