In the current issue of Transport News, the ever-popular Down Memory Lane looks back at July 2014.

The front cover was adorned by a Volvo FH 6×4 in Malcolm Group colours taken at ScotPlant by features editor John Henderson.   

John also got behind the wheel of an Iveco Eurocargo while editor Alistair Vallance was out in Airdrie with TOM Rental.

In the news, Renault Trucks UK announced enhanced plans for Scotland, work started on installing average speed cameras on the A9 and Currie European Transport reported ‘encouraging fuel results’ from its Euro 6 trucks.
