'Doubling Down With the Derricos' TLC Stars Karen & Deon Derrico to Split, Will Co-Parent 14 Kids

Deon Derrico and Karen Derrico, the stars of Doubling Down With the Derricos, are calling it quits.

The TLC stars confirmed that they are divorced, and will be co-parenting their 14 children following the split.

“Together, we remain unified in the parenting of our 14 beautiful children — their well-being is our priority,” they said in a statement to Us Weekly.

The Derricos filed for divorce on June 4, and the split was approved by a judge two days later. They were married in 2005 and share 14 children. The ex-couple will share custody of their 13 minor children. He will pay over $1,100 a month in child support, while she is responsible for paying the medical insurance premiums of their kids.

Karen is keeping the last name Derrico, according to court documents reviewed by TMZ. Their oldest daughter Darian is 18, and was not mentioned in the paperwork.

The couple share Derrick, 13, twins Dallas and Denver, 12, quintuplets Deonee, Daician, Daiten, Deniko and Dariz, 10, Diez and Dior, both 6, and triplets Dawsyn, De’Aren and Dyver, 4.

Their series began airing on TLC in 2020, and there has been no announcement about the future of the series. The currently airing season centers on the tension between Karen and Dion, airing on TLC on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
