Fast-burning fire prompts evacuations in Gorman, raising fears of the fire season ahead

The blaze, dubbed the Post fire, started around 2 p.m. Saturday, and quickly grew to more than 3,600 acres, threatening structures to the south and west of Interstate 5 in northwestern Los Angeles County.
