Lip Readers Believe Prince Louis' Response to This Family Member Shows He's the Prince of Sass
Is it any surprise that Prince Louis stole the show with his antics at this year’s Trooping the Colour? Not only do people love his expressive facial reactions, but they also adore the little shimmy he did on the balcony while the Wales family was watching the parade.
However, lip reader Nicola Hinckley told The Mirror that two members of the family actually tried to stop Louis from his antics on the balcony.
When Louis was dancing, his older sister Princess Charlotte allegedly told him: “You have to stop doing that. Watch the parade”, to which Louis replied: “I won’t.” Then Charlotte tried to buckle down, saying, “Do as you’re told” and Louis sassily said in response: “Nope.”
However, it was a different story when his mother came into the conversation.
Along with the dance, Louis made headlines when he tugged on the window blind cords, to which Nicola said he asked his mother: “Can I play with these beads?”
Despite Kate saying, “No. I need you to concentrate on the parade,” which he did! So it seems he’s the little sass master when it comes to his older siblings.
For those wondering, “what even is Trooping the Colour?” We got you. On Saturday, June 15, thousands of people in the UK gathered to celebrate this year’s Trooping the Colour parade, which is a military parade that happens early every year to celebrate the official birthday of the leading British monarch.
This one was extra special because not only does this celebrate Charles’ 76th birthday, but it’s also the first time Kate has been in the public eye ever since her cancer diagnosis.
So many were in attendance, including the whole Wales family: William, Kate, and their three kids Prince George, Charlotte, and Louis.
Since Prince William and Kate’s nuptials in 2011, they have since welcomed three children named George, 10, Charlotte, 9, and Louis, 6.
