ACSO: Two allegedly found with stolen U-Haul box truck
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Albany County Sheriff's Office reported the arrest of two Albany residents for allegedly having a stolen U-Haul box truck. Arnaud Bolivar, 38, and Safiyah Dickson, 38, are facing multiple charges in connection with the incident.
Charges
- Third-degree criminal possession of stolen property
- Seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- Second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia
Police say they were investigating the theft of the stolen U-Haul, which was reported stolen out of Cohoes on May 6, when it was determined that Bolivar and Dickson allegedly had the stolen truck. The pair was also allegedly found with a quantity of cocaine and a digital scale.
They were both placed in Albany County Correctional Facility. They will appear in court on Saturday.
