Granville man charged with multiple burglaries in Dresden

DRESDEN, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Washington County Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of a Granville man following a burglary investigation. Robert Valley, 33, is facing numerous charges.

Valley is accused of breaking into and stealing from multiple campers and a cabin back in June of 2023 in the Town of Dresden in Washington County. He has been charged with the following offenses:

• Three counts of third-degree burglary
• Two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny
• Petit larceny
• Fourth-degree criminal trespass
• Fourth-degree criminal mischief

Valley was held for arraignment at Washington County Centralized Arraignment before being released on his own recognizance.
