Justice Department won't prosecute Garland for contempt of Congress

The Justice Department has announced that Attorney General Merrick Garland will not be prosecuted for refusing to provide audiotapes of President Joe Biden that are protected by executive privilege. House Republicans voted to hold Garland in contempt over the issue.
