Bike-A-Palooza returns to Niskayuna
NISKAYUNA, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Town of Niskayuna will host their third annual Bike-A-Palooza on Saturday, June 15. The all-ages celebration is set to run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The festival will feature a guided loop ride to Blatnick Park along the Mohawk-Hudson Bike-Hike trail, a bike rodeo, live music and multiple giveaways. The Niskayuna Mohawk Mountain Goats Bike Team will be offering free bike tune-ups, and free pizza and ice cream will be provided by Uncle Rico's and Stewart's Shops respectively.
"It’s fun, festive and free! Grab your bike and join us at Town Hall, rain or shine," said Tess Healey, Complete Streets member and Bike-A-Palooza coordinator. "We hope to see many residents come and enjoy a celebration of biking."
The event will be held at Niskayuna Town Hall, located at 1 Niskayuna Circle. Bike-A-Palooza is free to attend and open to the public.
