St. Paul brewer plans to bring Minnesota's first Black woman-owned brewery to Rondo neighborhood

Bubble Line Brewing Company is crowdfunding, with a goal of opening in 2025 in St. Paul's Rondo neighborhood, a historic center of black culture in the capital city.
