Love Island hunk drops huge hint he’s returning to the villa as he teases chaos
LOVE Island’s Jacques O’Neill has teased by fans by appearing to hint he’s returning to the villa.
The 25-year-old shared a snap of him in Majorca sipping on a cocktail.
He captioned it: “Just enjoying a Piña colada before I cause some chaos…. Guess why I’m in Majorca?”
He then added an island emoji followed by side eyes.
“OMG he’s coming on as a bombshell,” said one fan.
Another asked: “Love island bombshell??”
Someone else said: “Hope you are going back in but I doubt you would do that to yourself!”
The rugby player starred on Love Island back in July 2022 – but pulled out of the ITV2 matchmaking series.
Announcing his departure around the fire pit, sobbing Jacques said at the time: “Lately, I just can’t be myself. I’m trying my best – but I’m not a fake person.
“I’m not going to start faking things and act like I’m OK when things inside aren’t actually OK.
“So I’m going to be leaving today.”
He added: “I just can’t stick around and not be myself. It’s not fair to me and it’s definitely not fair to Paige.
“For me and Paige to work I need to be at my best and if that means removing myself from the situation and waiting for Paige when she gets out, that’s what I’m going to do.”
Jacques had gone in to stir up trouble with his ex Gemma Owen.
He ended up falling for Paige Thorne, but left after she grew close to bombshell Adam Collard.
Jacques said the real reason for his Love Island exit was that he struggled to “be himself” while hiding his mental health and ADHD.
The 25-year-old previously hinted he was headed to South Africa to join the Love Island All Stars cast.
He got his Snapchat fans talking as he uploaded a selfie on a flight, showing him snuggled up in a blanket wearing a baseball cap.
He flashed a huge smile and a peace sign to the camera.
His caption sparked huge excitement with fans as he wrote: “On the flight to” followed by a South Africa flag.
