Public Works Dept acts against illegal motorcycle racing on Central Spine Road

KUALA LUMPUR: The Public Works Department (PWD) has taken swift action by implementing control measures and lodging a police report in response to illegal motorcycle racing on an unfinished section of the Central Spine Road highway in Kelantan.
