Massive one-time cash infusion into local projects nearing finish line

COLUMBUS — What will eventually become a massive laundry list of local projects — from a $46 million overhaul of a Cincinnati convention center to $40,000 in improvements to an Antwerp basketball court — is headed for the finish line.
