No stay, SC seeks NTA response on paper leak charges
On Tuesday, the Supreme Court declined to halt the counselling process for admissions to medical colleges amidst allegations of paper leak and irregularities in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) undergraduate (UG) examination 2024. A vacation bench, consisting of Justices Vikram Nath and Ahsanuddin Amanullah, issued a notice regarding one of the petitions requesting an investigation into the alleged paper leak and the cancellation of the examination conducted in May.
