GFPD: Two juveniles arrested in burglary investigation

GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Glens Falls Police Department arrested two juveniles in a burglary investigation. Two 13-year-old boys are facing three charges each in connection with the investigation.

Charges

• Third-degree burglary
• Grand larceny
• Criminal mischief

The teens are accused of gaining entry into The Smoke Shop on Dix Avenue in Glens Falls on three separate occasions, stealing merchandise on two of these occasions, and fleeing before police arrived, according to Glens Falls Police. These burglaries took place on May 17, 28, and 31.

The juveniles have been turned over to their parents and their charges will be filed through Warren County Family Court.
