Lukashenko receives certificate of Chairman of Belarusian People's Congress  

Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Igor Karpenko handed over the certificate of Chairman of the Belarusian People's Congress to Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko on 11 June.
