virgin media ( again )

Anybody else getting problems today , all my amazon stuff won't connect and some websites won't either , i've narrowed it down to data hungry stuff , Amazon said they know theres a problem but don't know why and virgin media have said turn it off and on again , but its still the same , just wondering if anybody has a fix ?
