Two Pasadena doctors accused of overprescribing narcotics to patients, face Medical Board sanctions

Drs. Elisa Alvarado and Robert Siew are facing allegations from the California Medical Board that they negligently prescribed painkillers and other potentially dangerous narcotics to patients.
