Malawi's vice president and 9 others have died in a plane crash, the president says

Malawi's vice president, Saulos Chilima, and nine others were killed in a plane crash in a mountainous area. The military plane was on a 45-minute flight from Lilongwe to Mzuzu when it crashed, with no survivors.
