Colonie man arraigned on felony gun charges
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- A Colonie man was arraigned in Albany County Court on Monday for gun charges. Kevin Wang, 28, pleaded not guilty to a 12-count indictment, including several criminal possession weapon charges.
Charges
- One count of first-degree criminal possession of a weapon
- 10 counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon
- One count of criminal possession of a firearm
The indictment said Wang, on March 2 and March 5 at two addresses in Colonie, had over 10 firearms in his possession, including assault rifles, shotguns, and a pistol. Wang will appear in court again on July 1 and remains in Rensselaer County Jail in place of $75,000 cash, $150,000 bond, or $$400,000 partially secured bond.
