The British celebrity doctor whose body was found over the weekend after he vanished during a vacation to the Greek island of Symi died from natural causes, police say.

An initial autopsy on the remains of Dr. Michael Mosley—a well-known advocate for the 5:2 diet who went missing last week—found no injuries on his body which could have caused his death, a Greek police spokeswoman told the BBC. The 67-year-old’s remains were found on Sunday, four days after he was reported missing.

Konstantia Dimoglido, the police spokeswoman, told the BBC that Mosley’s time of death was around 4 p.m. local time last Wednesday—the day he disappeared. She added that the conclusion that he died from natural causes was informed by the absence of injuries and the position in which his body was found.
