Cloudy and cooler Monday, warmer temperatures on the way

Going into the new work week temperatures will start off noticeably cooler, but a warm up is on the way. Highs on Monday will only be around 70 degrees. Skies will be mostly cloudy. Winds will just be a little breezy at times.

FORECAST DISCUSSION:

Going into the new work week temperatures will start off noticeably cooler, but a warm up is on the way. Highs on Monday will only be around 70 degrees. Skies will be mostly cloudy. Winds will just be a little breezy at times.

Tonight skies will open up again, becoming mostly clear by sunrise. Lows continue their downward trend. Eventually temperatures are expected to fall to 50 degrees. Winds will be very light tomorrow, and stay fairly light for the next several days.

By Tuesday high pressure will build over the region allowing for plenty of sunshine for the middle of the week. Highs are going to reach the mid 70s. This is the last day that central Ohio will see below average temperatures for the foreseeable time.

Temperatures will return to above average, reaching the upper 80s by the end of the work week.. Rain chances will be kept to a minimum as will, with only a small chance for a pop-up storm or two on Friday. By Sunday central Ohio will try and pass the 90 degree mark for the first time this year.
