Lifestyle retailer MINISO opening in Crossgates Mall

GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- MINISO, a global retailer that offers lifestyle products, is opening its first Capital Region store in Crossgates Mall. The store is projected to open later this summer.

“We are thrilled to announce the opening of our first store in upstate New York at Crossgates Mall," said Shines Shen, MINISO USA’s Business Development Manager. "This is our second location within the Pyramid Properties portfolio, and we are excited to bring our unique offerings to the vibrant community here."

MINISO sells a variety of products including stuffed animals, toys, keychains, stationery, skincare products, household items, and more. The retailer partners with licensed brands including Sanrio (Hello Kitty), Care Bears, Disney, Pixar, Barbie, and Peanuts.

"We can’t wait to see how much fun guests will have shopping at MINISO," said Crossgates Marketing Director Jen Smith. "We’re excited to add this international brand to our already diverse mix of retailers that visitors coming from the Capital Region and beyond love to shop at."

Founded in 2013, MINISO has more than 5,000 stores in around 100 countries. The Crossgates store will be located on the lower level near Burlington and DSW.
