From banana peel facials to her famous mascara hack, the anti-ageing expert has flawless skin thanks to her efforts.

And now, she has revealed the one-ingredient “miracle juice” that will not only help fine lines and wrinkles, but could also help clear a number of skin conditions.

That includes eczema, rosacea and psoriasis.

Nadine, known as The Natural Nadine on social media, drinks a glass of celery juice every day.

According to content creator, this is the “most underrated age reversing tip” and a form of “natural Botox”.

“It removes toxins and pathogens that can prevent collagen production,” she explains.

“It also contains vitamin C and A, and hydrates you at a cellular level.

“It’s a natural Botox – and it helps clear eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, acne, blemishes, and many other chronic or mystery symptoms you might have.

“It’s truly a miracle juice.”

Celery is rich in antioxidants such as flavonoids, vitamin C, and beta-carotene.

Antioxidants help combat oxidative stress and free radicals in the body, which are known to contribute to ageing and various diseases.

The bitter veg also contains compounds like apigenin and luteolin that have anti-inflammatory properties.

Docs often associate chronic inflammation with ageing and various age-related diseases.

What’s more, celery has a high water content and thus helps in maintaining hydration.

How is celery juice an anti-ageing potion?

Celery juice is packed with antioxidants like vitamin C and flavonoids, which combat free radicals that cause cellular damage and aging.

Its high water content keeps your skin hydrated and plump, reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

The anti-inflammatory compounds in celery, such as apigenin and luteolin, help reduce chronic inflammation linked to ageing.

Rich in essential nutrients like vitamin K and potassium, celery juice supports overall skin health and body functions.

Drinking celery juice regularly can complement a balanced diet and skincare routine, promoting a youthful glow from within.

Proper hydration is essential for maintaining skin elasticity and reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

And while the body has its own detoxification systems, consuming nutrient-rich foods and beverages like celery juice can support these processes.

HOW TO MAKE IT

Making your own celery juice at home is pretty straightforward.

Simply wash a bunch of celery, then juice or blend it. If using a blender, strain the mixture to remove the pulp.

You should drink it immediately for the best nutritional boost, or refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.

For a milder flavour, you can add a splash of water, apple juice or a squeeze of lemon.

However, Nadine recommends just keeping the “potion” to pure celery juice to truly reap its benefits.
