Doncaster RLFC • Toulouse v Dons Saturday 15/6/24 6pm
Toulouse's last six games:
1st June: Halifax (A) Won 38-14
25th May: Widnes (H) Won 28-20
18th May: Barrow (H) Won 38-16
4th May: Dewsbury (A) Won 38-21
27th April: Wakey (A) Lost 28-12
20th April: Whitehaven (H) Won 40-4
Apart from the Wakey game when they only scored 12 points, they've posted 28 points or more in the other five games. Looks like our defence is going to have to be at its best or we could concede a few.
It's hard to find any evidence to suggest we can win. If they're 36 points better than Whitehaven, then we've got a struggle on our hands. Similarly, if they're 24 points better than Halifax, it'll be an uphill struggle for us.
As Dewsbury scored 21 points against them, there is maybe a ray of light that we could post some points and ask them a few questions.
Bookmakers prediction: I suspect the Dons will be getting a start of between 16 and 20 points.
