Philippines' FDI net inflows rise 23.1 pct in March

MANILA, June 10 (Xinhua) -- Foreign direct investment (FDI) that flowed into the Philippines grew 23.1 percent year-on-year in March to reach 686 million U.S. dollars, the country's central bank said Monday.

The expansion was driven mainly by non-residents' net investments in debt instruments, which grew to 465 million dollars from 391 million dollars in March 2023, it said.
