MCDONALD’S fans have just hours left to order an “elite” meal deal before it’s axed from menus for good.

It comes just weeks after the chain launched its ‘3 for £3’ deal across its UK and Ireland stores on May 22.

Under the offer, Maccies fans can choose three popular dishes and pay just £3 for the lot – meaning each items costs just £1 each.

This means customers could grab a portion of small fries, Mayo Chicken, and an apple pie for just £3.

If you were to buy the items listed above individually it would set you back £4.97.

How much you save depends on the food you go for, and there are lots more options to choose from.

Shoppers have taken to social media to explain how much they love the offer in recent weeks.

One fan took to X (formerly Twitter) and said: “McDonald’s ‘3 for £3’ is elite.”

Another said: “The McDonald’s ‘3 for £3’ menu is absolutely outstanding. Great feature all round.”

“I will vote for any party that pledges to make McDonald’s keep the mix and match ‘3 for £3’ offer,” joked another fan.

It’s also worth noting that this deal will cost you £4 instead of £3 if you order for McDelivery using the Maccies app.

However, McDonald’s fans have just hours left to take advantage of the meal deal before it’s pulled from menus tomorrow (June 11).

We’ve asked the fast food chain if it plans to bring back the offer in the near future.

FULL LIST OF ITEMS ON OFFER

Customers can choose three items from a total of nine on offer.

You don’t have to pick three different items and could choose three of the same menu items.

Here’s what’s available:

  • Small Fries £1.59
  • Cheeseburger £1.49
  • Hamburger £1.29
  • Mayo Chicken £1.49
  • 4 Nuggets (not available separately in this size)
  • Apple Pie £1.89
  • Core Mini McFlurry (Oreo, Maltesers, Smarties) £1.59
  • 2 Veggie Dippers (not available separately in this size)
  • Side salad £1.09

The biggest saving you can make is if you buy three apple pies.

Normally, this would cost you £5.67, so you’re saving £2.67.

If you don’t want the same dish, the next best savings is an Apple Pie, small fries and McFlurry.

This would usually cost £5.07, so you’ll save £2.07.

How to save money at McDonald's

YOU could end up being charged more for a McDonald's meal based solely on the McDonald's restaurant you choose.

Research by The Sun found a Big Mac meal can be up to 30p cheaper at restaurants just two miles apart from each other.

Researching and comparing prices at your local McDonald’s branches could save you some cash on your order.

But you can pick up a Big Mac and fries for just £2.99 by filling in a feedback survey found on any old McDonald’s receipt.

The receipt should come with a 12-digit code which you can enter into the Food for Thought website alongside your submitted survey.

You’ll then receive a five-digit code which is your voucher for the £2.99 offer.

Signing up to the My McDonald’s app also means that you can keep on top of the latest deals and offers.

Remember to log your date of birth in the app – otherwise, you could miss out on free food or drinks.

Make sure you check out all the various apps and platforms if you’re ordering McDonald’s to your home too.

FIND YOUR NEAREST MCDONALD’S

If you’re planning on taking a trip to McDonald’s, you’ll want to know where your nearest branch is.

The chain has a restaurant locator tool on its website you can use to find your nearest one – and check what time it opens.

Visit www.mcdonalds.com/gb/en-gb/restaurant-locator.html to find yours.

Bear in mind that McDonald’s serves breakfast every day until 11am.

After that, the menu switches to the normal menu serving meals such as burgers, chicken nuggets and more
