Trump VP hopeful Gov. Kristi Noem defends sharing story about killing dog

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem tells CNN's Dana Bash that she wrote about killing her dog "because it was difficult for me" and says "people are put in tough situations in life, and we learn from it."
