Watch amazing 3D show of Newcastle legends projected on 18-metre wall of water as thousands of fans gather for event
THOUSANDS of Newcastle fans gathered to watch a 3D show of club legends being projected onto an 18-metre wall of water.
The show was put on by the Magpies’ front-of-shirt sponsor, Sela, at the Baltic Flour Mill.
It showcased iconic moments from the club’s history including Alan Shearer‘s volley against Everton in 2002.
While David Ginola‘s wondergoal against Ferencvaros and Tino Asprilla’s celebration against Barcelona in 1997.
Fans were then taken to the present day with highlights from the men’s and women’s teams from the most recent campaign.
Over 10,000 supporters gathered to watch the nine-minute show.
They took to social media to hail the event.
One posted: “It was incredible!!!!”
A second wrote: “1 word -Goosebumps.”
A third commented: “Nailed it, thank you!”
