Daytime Emmys 2024: Best prediction scores by our Editors and Users

Congratulations to our User rhodeawards for a great score of 61.54% when predicting the 2024 Daytime Emmy Award winners on Friday and Saturday night. Our top scorer is actually tied with two other people at that percentage but has a better point score of 7,878 by using their two Super Bets (500 points each) wisely.

More than 400 people worldwide predicted these champs for the Daytime Emmy ceremony that took place at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles, California, and was hosted by “Entertainment Tonight” personalities Kevin Frazier and Nischelle Turner. Our top User got eight out of 13 categories correct, including “General Hospital” for Best Drama Series and Best Directing Team, Michelle Stafford (“The Young and the Restless”) for Best Actress and “The Kelly Clarkson Show” for Best Daytime Talk Series.

For our 11 Gold Derby Editors predicting, Denton Davidson is the best (and one of the top 10 worldwide) at 53.85%. Then tied at 38.46% are Chris Beachum and myself. Achieving 30.77% accuracy are Charlie Bright, Marcus James Dixon, Joyce Eng, Matt Noble, Christopher Rosen and Paul Sheehan. And Rob Licuria and Ray Richmond are both at 23.08%. See Editors’ scores.
