Notice of 99th Annual General Meeting
Please be advised that the 99th AGM of the League will take place on Friday 7th June at Halesowen A&CC’s HQ, Manor Abbey Sports Ground, Manor Way, B62 8RW by kind permission of the club. The meeting will start at 7pm.
As per league rules clubs are allowed up to three representatives to attend but only one vote.

Parking arrangements
Since making our reservation in the clubhouse for the AGM the Halesowen cycling section has started their Friday Night Track Leagues. Unfortunately for us this means that the car park is likely to be busy. There are alternative parking areas available in the club grounds should there be trouble getting a space in the main car park. I have attached a pdf with a simple view of our grounds with the alternative parking areas highlighted. It would be a good idea to advise everyone to car share if possible.
Main car park - Drive straight ahead on entering through the club gates from the A456.
Additional car park 1 - On entering the club grounds take the first right and drive over the vehicle bridge, there is a large gravelled area on the right to use as parking.
Additional car park 2 - Drive past additional car park 1 following the road up the hill, there is more bay parking in front of the tennis courts.
All parking is free of charge.
Of course - if the weather conditions are unfavourable the cycling event will not be going ahead.
The bar will be open for refreshments for all.
