Samoan novelist arrested for murdering Tulsi Gabbard’s aunt

A novelist and poet from the island nation of Samoa has been arrested and charged with the murder of fellow writer Caroline Sinavaiana-Gabbard, the aunt of U.S. politician Tulsi Gabbard.
