UW-La Crosse appoints two new vice chancellors to lead diversity and administration efforts

UW-La Crosse announced the appointment to two new vice chancellors Friday morning. Stacy Narcotta-Welp was made vice chancellor for Diversity & Inclusion while Stephanie Pope was named vice chancellor for Administration & Finance.
