Jurgen Klopp will have been experiencing deja vu as he watched a resilient Real Madrid side defeat Borussia Dortmund at Wembley Stadium to claim their 15th Champions League trophy.

The German tactician, formerly of Liverpool Football Club, shared a story documenting his attendance at the final.

It’s not the result we would have hoped for for our beloved ex-manager, though we very much hope he enjoyed the occasion overall.
