I’m a dad-of-three who piled on the pounds after turning 40… but I transformed myself & now I’m an international athlete

A LONDON father-of-three has ditched his ‘dad bod’ to become an international powerlifter – after beating the ‘manopause’.

Andy Cudd, 43, felt his energy levels and confidence plummet after he turned 40.

He went from ‘living his best life’ of exotic holidays, a thriving business, happy marriage, and new cars to feeling like a shell of his former self.

And despite regularly going to the gym and eating healthily, he still found himself piling on the pounds.

But Andy believes he was able to turn his life around by boosting his testosterone levels and in-turn gain the energy needed to hit the gym six times a week.

This resulted in the landscape gardener transforming his body – taking his powerlifting hobby to the next level.

And now he’s set to represent Britain in the World Championships and England in the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships.

Andy said: “Turning 40 was by far the biggest challenge for me, both mentally and physically.

“I went from being a confident, outgoing family man with a successful business to struggling through each day with low energy and diminished joy in life.”

Andy tried TestoPrime, a natural supplement designed to boost testosterone, following a recommendation by his personal trainer after they noticed he was struggling.

Having low levels of this hormone affects approximately two in every 100 men aged over 40.

And this supplement – which contains active ingredients, including fenugreek, garlic, pepper, and pomegranate extracts – claims to naturally boost testosterone.

Andy added: “I have never felt better, having energy to run my business, spend quality time with my three children and go to the gym to train to represent my country is more than I would ever have hoped for out of life at 43.”

His transformation also saw him drop a stone in weight, building muscle and definition, and regaining the energy and physique he had in his 30s.

He now works out six times a week and competes in Powerlifting competitions, having recently won the European and British Masters in Bench-press, lifting 93kg category.

He has since been selected to represent Britain in the World Championships and England in the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championship.

Andy believes he started to see an improvement a few weeks after taking the testosterone boosting supplement.

He said: “I noticed I was waking up with more energy, finding it easier to get out of bed in the mornings.

“And when the weekend came around, I had energy that I didn’t have before to spend time with family and play with my children.

“As the weeks went by my stress levels were reduced, I was back at the gym and I felt much happier in myself and life.”

Andy said: “There should be more information out there for men hitting the age of 40 and how testosterone levels diminishing can make us feel lost, struggling with energy and low confidence.

“I was lucky to have someone who recognised these symptoms.

“To think it’s such a simple fix to feeling less stressed, having energy and living life to the fullest.

“I hope more men start to talk openly about how they are feeling after hitting 40.”

Robbie Williams shocks fans with his dramatic weight loss by looking incredibly slim after stripping to his underpants

By Natasha Rigler

ROBBIE Williams has stunned fans with his incredibly slender body after stripping down to just his underpants.

The superstar singer, 49, got naked for a spray tan and his followers couldn’t believe his dramatic transformation.

The footage, shot and shared by his wife Ayda Field, showed Robbie standing in a popup spray booth while wearing a pair of black underpants and a cap covering his hair.

“I am having my first spray tan in over a decade,” Robbie said.

Robbie, who famously stripped to ‘tiger’ pants for his Rock DJ music video in 2000, then tells Ayda: “Let’s go. Just from the waist up. But I’m going 12 out of 12.”

Once finished, Robbie cleaned his hands with a wet wipe and admitted: “It’s mad how I haven’t even see it and I feel better.”

But commenting on the video, one follower exclaimed: “He is sooooo thin!”

Another told Ayda: “You need to feed Robbie more looks likes he’s wasting away..”
