NYC swimmers seen cooling off inside public pool weeks before they are open for summer

New Yorkers aren't supposed to be able to cool off in any of the city's 91 pools until June 27, but two people defied city officials' expectations and the gates at Astoria Park Pool to take a dip in the water.
