'Planet of the Apes': Is it being developed as an anime? Here's what you need to know

The renowned animation studio Studio Trigger is thinking about adapting The Planet of the Apes into an anime. This concept was born out of a recent meeting between Wes Ball, the director of the next movie Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, and Hiroyuki Imaishi, co-founder of Studio Trigger, in Japan.
