Manipur: Three layer security cordon in all counting centres on June 4

Counting of votes for the General Elections in Manipur will take place on June 4, with a three-layer security cordon enforced at 24 counting centres. Additionally, over two lakh people in Manipur are affected by floods triggered by cyclones.
