Christine McGuinness shows off her incredible figure as she strips off to sunbathe in a bikini

CHRISTINE McGuinness flaunted her toned figure in a tiny bikini as she soaked up the sunshine on holiday.

The mum-of-three looked like she was enjoying some much-needed R&R as she relaxed by the pool.

A regular in the gym, she showed off the results of her hard work with her defined ab muscles.

She let her long blonde hair flow in soft beachy waves and kept her makeup minimal, showing off her natural beauty.

In another video she strolled along the sand toward the sea, showing off her sunkissed skin.

She told fans: “We all forget sometimes, so here is your reminder to ‘Know that you are loved'”

Followers flocked to the comment section to sing her praises, with one writing: “Stunningly beautiful lady,”

“so beautiful inside and out xxxx” echoed a second.

“Beautiful Mrs M! Hope you are having a fabulous time,” chimed a third.

In another story she posed in a t-shirt and shared a Tupak quote: “It’s easy to find a new one but it’s hard to find a true one”.

This comes after she admitted that she’s “terrified” of dating again and has sworn off a second marriage.

She split from Paddy McGuinness in 2022 after an 11 year marriage, shortly after the airing of their documentary Our Family and Autism in 2021.

Christine recently travelled to Wales for BBC Two series Pilgrimage: The Road Through North Wales.

She revealed in the three-part series: “The only life I’ve known is with Patrick and I’m not sure what my path is now I’m on my own. I need to figure it out.

“Patrick and I have been separated for almost two years now, but I don’t think I’ve dealt with the separation completely yet and I know that one day I’m going to have to do that.

“Everyone has hard times, everyone has challenges, but if only you could gather all your trauma or your worries and just chuck it away.

“The biggest change is to come, I’m just scared of doing it.”

Christine has no plans to move out of the family home she shares with Paddy as they co-parent their twins Penelope and Leo, nine, and Felicity, six, who all have autism.
