Upon entering the apartment, police discovered a man who was pronounced dead at the scene. His cause of death has not been released by officials. Further information and the parole officer’s identity are pending following “proper notification of next of kin,” according to police.
Police are continuing their search for Sewell and have a warrant out for his arrest, charging him with second-degree murder.
