Library fosters excitement through 100 years of summer reading program

With themes of “Reading for Victory” in 1943 to “Pandamonium” in 1988, Summer Read at the Toledo Lucas County Public Library is celebrating 100 years of encouraging kids, teens, and adults to build reading habits in the summer.
