Craft Brewery, coffee shop with Der Dutchman pastries opens in Lewis Center
LEWIS CENTER, Ohio (WCMH) -- A combo craft brewery and coffee shop with cocktails from Watershed Distillery and pastries from Der Dutchman is now open.
Standardized Brewing is welcoming patrons at 5920 Evans Farm Drive, inside Lewis Center's Evans Farm development, after hosting a grand opening celebration last week. The spot is run by a group of Evans Farm residents, who wanted to "provide high quality coffee and craft beer in a space that integrates work and life into the fabric of a family anchored environment," the company's site states.
The shop is home to a range of brews, a cocktail menu created in collaboration with Watershed Distillery, and freshly roasted coffee from One Line Coffee. Options include nitro cold brew, pour over drip, espresso and more. A selection of small bites along with donuts and pastries from Der Dutchman round out the menu.
Standardized is one of several new businesses popping up in Evans Farm, along with a butcher shop home to an extensive collection of wine and beef produced from the owner’s personal ranch is now open. Named Prime + Vine, the shop specializes in American Wagyu beef farmed from owner Jeff Gaylor’s cattle ranch in Knox County.
Other businesses in the development include ice cream shop CRMD, known for its neon flavors that can be ordered in a waffle cone or a puffle, also known as an egg waffle. Columbus-based taco joint Yabos Tacos is also open in Evans Farms, serving up unique takes on Southwestern dishes.
Standardized is open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
