Amid emirship tussle, kano deputy governor apologizes, retracts allegations against NSA Ribadu

Kano Deputy Governor, Aminu Gwarzo, has tendered an apology to NSA Ribadu over allegation that he facilitated the return of deposed Emir Aminu Bayero to the State.
