North Korea announces plans to launch satellite by June 4

North Korea has notified Tokyo that it plans to launch its second military spy satellite by June 4, the Japan Coast Guard said early Monday, as top leaders from Japan, South Korea and China gathered for a rare trilateral summit in Seoul.
