Albany Police investigating shooting on 2nd Avenue

Albany Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred early Sunday morning on Second Avenue in Albany.

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Albany Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred early Sunday morning on Second Avenue in Albany. Officers responded to the scene around 3:30 a.m. and reported finding a 19-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his leg.

Police say the victim was treated on the scene by emergency medical personnel and moved to the Albany Medical Center Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
