Changing times: Central, North Toledo churches ready for transition to grouping

The Diocese of Toledo announced in March that three Toledo churches will be configured into a tri-parish grouping: Our Lady, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Cathedral Parish in the Old West End, St. Joseph Parish in the Vistula neighborhood, and Ss. Adalbert and Hedwig Parish in the Lagrange neighborhood.
